Greg started his radio career both on-air and behind the scenes in 1982 at WCVF AM/FM as a student at SUNY Fredonia. After graduation he worked for a broadcast engineering firm that provided service to 45 radio stations throughout NY and PA, including WBNY, from 1986 to 1990.

In 1990 Greg was hired by WGR550 and 97Rock, when they were still an AM/FM Combo, as the Assistant Chief Engineer.  This coincided with the Buffalo Bills run of four consecutive Super Bowl appearances, and we all know how that turned out. During this time, he was involved with all the home game broadcasts, and two of the Super Bowl broadcasts. During this time WGR550 also held the broadcast rights to the Buffalo Bisons, Sabres, and Blizzard games for which Greg worked many of the broadcasts.

In 1994 he sought a change of pace and went to work for a company that designed and built recording studios, broadcast facilities, and sound systems for churches and performance spaces such as The Centre for the Arts, Shea's Performing Arts Center, and Fisher Price Toys headquarters. This tenure lasted until 2000 when he struck out on his own with Harvey Electric and Sound. Parallel to this is his return to working Buffalo Bills Radio Network broadcasts from 1998 to the present as assistant producer until 2012, and since 2013 as Executive Producer.

2020 saw Greg's return to WBNY as Chief Engineer after the untimely death of his friend and former WBNY Chief Engineer since 1992,  Paul "Smitty" Smith.  Greg is honored to be back to the WBNY studios to mentor students and provide technical improvements and support for this now historic and valuable FM Radio broadcast facility
